"Triple S should be proud to call Andrea an employee of theirs. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. We purchased a brand new Polaris General last year and have had issues with it almost since we got it. We are from Vegas and we went to one of the few places in town that work on side by sides and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Triple S installed a few things for us (back seat bench, street legal kit, etc) when we first got the machine last year so we naturally thought going to them to help us diagnose the problem would be our next option. So we made the drive to cedar city and dropped off our machine on one of our vacation trips up to Panguitch lake. Not only did they diagnose the problem almost immediately but Andrea made sure to truly help us get the best deal, she made sure all our regular service was up to date, she made sure to have it done in a beyond speedy time to make sure we had it for our long vacation, AND, when she found out we weren’t going to be able to pick it up before closing time, she made arrangements to allow us to pick up our General after closing time. WOW is all I can say. I have never met an employee to go so above and beyond for their customer. Needless to say, we won’t let anyone else ever work on our machine except for Triple S. Thank you Andrea for being the person you are and truly caring about your customers. We appreciate it more than you know."
